"The room and washroom very clean plus spacious. The only thing is when I booked the room it said US fallsview. It’s not a full huge view. It’s a small window of the US fallsview but mainly view of the city and parking Although the room was comfortable and really clean which is what I liked the most."

"Everything was wonderful. one of my favorite hotels by far. only issue i had was that another guest deadbolted the indoor pool so that nobody else could access it which resulted in me and my girlfriend not being able to use the pool."

I was supposed to be in a hotel attached to fallsview so my wife and I would not have to go outside to get to the concert venue, we packed expecting to not have to be in the cold then were moved to a hotel further away called the Hyatt and had no say about it. Terrible service ,no room service , 2 of the 5 elevators were out of service so anytime I want to use one it was a 5 to 10 min wait going up or down 👎👎👎parking cost a fortune. Do not stay here"
