"I put 3 stars for overall because it is basic. The instructions were good only if you know how to follow them. It was not straight forward. The lobby on the ground floor is dark and no lights. However, the room is clean. Although there were no staff available but communication was good on whatsapp. The ticketed breakfast were good including the 10% discount on the restaurant. The restaurant offered good food and staff were nice."

"Exceptional stay in the heart of Bari We had a wonderful stay at Dilman Luxury Stay and would absolutely return. We stayed in a suite that was the only room on the floor, which made it feel incredibly private and peaceful. The terrace was a standout feature and the room itself was beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The location is excellent. Everything we wanted to see and do in Bari was easily walkable, yet the property still felt quiet and refined. Breakfast was another highlight. Fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. What truly set this stay apart was the hospitality. Due to travel delays, we didn’t arrive until around 10:30 pm on our first night. Despite the late hour, the staff stayed to personally check us in and welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. We never felt rushed or inconvenienced them in any way. Beautiful accommodations, great location, and exceptional service. Highly recommended."
