“I book a pet friendly hotel. When I got to the hotel, the manager met me at the door yo explain not dogs were allowed. She was very aggressive. I explained that I had received 2 messages from the hotel and none stated dogs were not allowed. I read the rule that were sent which didn't say anything about pets. She started that this rule was across all IHG which is not correct. This pet is a small maltipoo and is my support animal. I am a navy veteran with SERVICE CONNECTED PTSD and I was turned...

“Clean bed, clean bathroom. Carpet? Who knows. The air conditioner struggled so we had to turn it down to 60°. The fridge froze our food overnight. The property is run down but for the price we were satisfied.”

“The bed and pillows were good, so I got a good night’s sleep. That was a plus. This is an old, run down motel that they are trying to keep going. It is just shabby looking. The room was shabby. 2 different remotes for the TV. One did some functions, the 2nd did others. No instructions. The toilet paper roll had 1/4” of paper on the roll, no spare. The continental breakfast was not worth fooling with. I stayed there because the location worked and it was relatively cheap.”

“Amazing hotel, the room was spotless and very spacious with fantastic views. On arrival and throughout our stay the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was really nice and great portions too. The casino is huge and worth a visit! The indoor and outdoor pool was clean and relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel!”
