"The restaurant was staffed by an immature server who definitely needed training. The shower water was barely warm or hot and the pressure was horrible. They make the hotel appear as if it is right on the beach and it's not. You have to walk down aways to go through a state park. There's a beach campground across the street. The coffee that looks like it's available in the lobby had no coffee. The only real positive thing I can say about the hotel is the valet staff. They were great but they charge 55 bucks for valet per day."

"I absolutely hated my time here. The staff was incredibly rude, the manager lady would keep asking when I am checking out every few hours when I saw her. At some point it was rude and intentional as if she’s asking me to get out. She also immediately clowned me in front of a male guest the minute I tried to check in. The property had so many noise issues. The elevator kept beeping. The road had down kind of issue so when cars drove if the freeway it’s so loud. I had to buy earplugs. The fire alarm battery is dying in the room so it would flash alll night. It said when I booked breakfast was included and when I got here it was not. I needed to leave the hotel, I could not stand being here. Also the thermostat temperature does not change the room temperature. There was also 4 cop cars on the property investigating something. I do not recommend staying here. The staff was horrible"

"Had 2 other occupants in room close to ours starting and running their diesel vehicles all hours of the night. Talked to management to be moved. Said I would have to check out in the morning and see if a room opened up later. We stuck it out. Stayed in a different hotel last week which was much nicer and quieter and also more reasonable."
