โEverything was great, well decorated, super clean and comfortable.
I just didn't like much the surrands. Had to park the car a few blocks away and I didn't feel safe to walk there in the evening.โ
โWe loved this hotel for it's ambience that included artwork, guest lounges and nice gardens. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. The property uses sustainable practices to minimize use of plastic and waste. Our only complaint was being woken up early by the noise of voices in a nearby room. Rodrigo was particularly helpful given our limited Spanish skills.โ

โVery charming hotel with a historic feel to it and an excellent location in Cerro Alegre right by the Victoria funicular on a pedestrian only strip (car drop off 2 minutes walk on Montt and Dimalow). The area can get noisy on Saturday night but is safe and the views from the hotel are breathtaking and worth the trip. The room was spacious, beautiful and clean, the bed very comfortable. โVery nice although brief stay. We were able to check in early and were allowed to stay a little later too. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Room was spacious and clean with great views of ocean and hilly town. We used UBER a lot and that worked out great. Area around hotel loaded with restaurants and shops that were well within walking distance.โ
โIt's a beautiful place to stay at a reasonable price. Nice breakfast. Wonderful staff. Had a flat tire. They fixed it and didn't ask a cent. Beautiful harbor view. Very nice room. Relaxing, comfortable, detailed, friendly, secure. You can leave your cell phone on the desk and not worry. โ
