“We traveled for 3 weeks throughout Croatia and my friends and I all said that this was the best place we stayed. The location, the boutique rooms and the manager made it a wonderful experience. “일단 위치가 최고입니다. 성벽 구역 정 가운데, 1층 경치도 최고인 곳이에요. 그리고 직원분들 정말 친절하고 적극적이세요! 기대도 하지 않았던 관광안내까지 자세히 해 주시고요. 방도 정말 고급스러운 인테리어에 깨끗합니다. 입지 탓에 주차장과 멀긴 하지만, 미리 연락해서 도착시간에 맞춰 마중나와서 짐도 옮겨주시고 전혀 단점으로 느껴지지 않을 정도입니다. 여기 여행한다는 지인이 있다면 추천해주고 싶어요!!”

“시내에 있어서 좋았고 서비스가 좋았으나 호텔전용주차공간은 있었으나 미리 예약을 했어야했다. 주차는 어려웠으나 호텔 매니져의 도움으로 잘해결 되었음”

“근처 유료 주차장에 주차하는데 하루에 48쿠나 입니다. 동전으로 다 준비를 해야하는데 쉬운일이 아니더군요. 호스트분이 다른 방법을 설명해줘서 대체방법으로 선택했어요. 호텔즈닷컴에서 명시한 주차료와 현지세와는 달랐습니다. 호텔즈닷컴에서 이 부분은 수정을 해주셨음 합니다. 전체적으로 괜찮은 숙소예요. 올드타운과 도보로 2-3분이고, 요리도 할수 있다는 장점이 좋더군요. 다만 계단이라 짐 나늘때 불편할수 있어요. ”

“This property is located within the walls of Old Town Split. I was unaware that a taxi could not drop me off at the door. I recently had surgery, and needed help with my luggage. The staff made all the arrangements, and provided someone to walk with me to meet my transportation. The staff went way beyond what they had to do to help me!”

“It was convenient to look around since it is located in old town. Rooms were spacious, clean and nice. The staff was kind and positive to help us when we were had troubles. We drove and had to park outside the old city. The hotel reserved the parking lot in advance and we paid the fee. ”

“호텔입구를 찾느라 조금 당황했지만, 그 외에 모든 면에서 매우 만족스러웠어요. 직원은 친절하고, 반갑게 맞아주셨어요. 도착 다음 날 아침 일찍 투어를 떠나게 되어 조식을 못 먹을 뻔 했는데, 미리 연락해서 샌드위치 포장이 가능하게 해 주셨어요. 이 부분은 감동적이었습니다. 사진과 똑같이 깔끔하고 spacious 했고, 주방이 있어 과일을 사 와서 먹기에 편리했어요. 위치도 궁전 안을 구경 하다가 잠시 쉬어가기 좋았어요. 바로 옆 골목에서 먹은 조식은 훌륭했구요. 커피랑 오렌지 쥬스까지 모두 포함되어 있었어요. ”

“Location, kindness, facilities, and service are the best hotels in everything. I didn't mention it was my birthday, but aftrr sightseeing, there was a happy birthday wine in my room. The receptionist looked at my passport and thoughtfully took care of it. The receptionist wanted to help me with my trip in any way, to introduce me to restaurants, tours, markets where I could buy fresh food. When I arrived and left, the parking lot was five minutes away from the hotel, and a male employee came out...
