โThe staff were extremely helpful and attentive!. They even have powerbanks and charging cables in e room. It's also near to the airport so if you do not want to hear aeroplanes then may nt work for you. โ
โI was worried because the residence doesnโt have a reception, but communication was excellent, and the staff are nearby to respond quickly. The staff are very friendly, and the room is extremely clean and tidy. There are many places to visit nearby, so the location is great. It was the best accommodation.โ
โWe arrived at nearly 10pm and didnt have the self check-in details so we had to send a text to receive the door codes. One of the rooms they said was ours already had people sleeping inside! Fortunately they gave us another room and we found them simple but comfortable. The shower was excellent!โ
โThe hotel is new and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and the AC worked well. The location is also fantastic as a staging point to explore Kota Kinabalu and the surrounding area. There are tons of restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay again!โ
