“청결상태가 너무 좋지않고 넌스모킹룸인데도 담배냄새가 너무 심했고 주변상태도 아주 좋지않았어요 다신 머무르지 않을것 같네요”

“Pretty pleasant stay overall. I’d book here again.”

“The room though somewhat worn and dated was very clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. The breakfast was not the usual high standard for most 3 star hotels but it was because their delivery service was delayed. The staff in the breakfast area did all she could to make up for that. “Very clean and friendly staff.”

“쾌적하고 좋습니다.”

“Had a great stay here. Staff were superb & very helpful. Room was huge, fully equipped & very clean. Air con worked as it should. Breakfast was good & enough to get you going for the day ahead. Only thing that let it down for us were the pool & gym that could go with more regular cleaning & upkeep. Apart from that we had a fantastic stay.”

I have made several refund requests to the Westin Hotel via hotels.com but have not received a...

“Super convenient for dawn flight, 5 mins to terminal 2. Staff somewhat disorganized. Never received a room keycard because the coding machine was down for the entire evening. Room was clean but shower had hair in it. Breakfast area looked interesting but we left early before it was open.”
