“Was surprised at how nice this place was. Big rooms and nice bar and food.”

“객실이 깨끗했고 위치가 좋았어요. 다만 큰 길 옆이라 밤에 차 소음이 조금 있어요.”

“Great hotel. The staff are fantastic!!! The nicest people ever. I would go stay there again just to have the same front desk people host me again. The elevator sucked. There are 2 in total. One of them is out of order for construction (apparently I hear it's been like that for a year). And the other elevator is moved like it is 100 years old (one time the doors didnt even open until I hit the button for them to open). I expected better from a Hyatt.”

“Well, it is said you pay for what you get. There was no hot water for the first 3 days of our 7 day trip. The microwave in the room did not work. The base boards behind bed were dusty. I couldn't use phone to call front desk because handset was filthy so I used my cellphone. I wanted to save money but next time I will think of comfort.”

“.”

“Not sure if the hotel was under construction but the elevator was not well maintained, the walls were rusted and oxidized.”

“직원들이 친절하고 룸이 넓고 쾌적했어요. 그리고 객실 내에 전자렌지, 냉장고, 식기류 등이 있어 간단하게 음식을 조리할 수 있었어요.”

“객실 먹을거리등 모든게 완벽한 숙소였습니다”

“Nice people”

“Everything was perfect,the room,the hotel,the people”

“Everything good, but was overcharged and not provided with a receipt upon check out despite employee saying she would email it. This did not allow me to dispute the incorrect charges.”

“Great location and the staff at the front desk were professional and greeted us each time we came and went. Highly recommend.”
