When I mentioned this to him, he warmly remembered and welcomed us with genuine hospitality. His attentive care and personal touches truly moved me and turned what could have been a regular hotel stay into one of the most memorable experiences of my life.
One of my friends was celebrating her birthday during this trip, and I had requested a small celebration in advance. What the hotel prepared far surpassed anything I imagined. The room was beautifully decorated with blue balloons and a handwritten card. In the evening, the butler team brought a birthday cake and a cute teddy bear, making the day end on a perfect note.
Throughout our stay, every single staff member responded to our big and small requests with such kindness and professionalism. Their attentive service made us feel truly welcome.
The room was spotless, and the pool, sauna, and fitness center were all well-maintained and relaxing. We also added breakfast to our stay, and it was an excellent decision.
Thanks to this experience, Iโm confident that whenever I return to Macau, The St. Regis will always be my top choice.
