Honestly, this establishment was great, but I cannot say it is the best St Regis property I have ever visited. That said, the service was beyond reproach and the management team was phenomenal. "A great hotel, very convenient to walk to everywhere on the Cotai strip; however, not overcrowded like the Venetian. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room controls (lights/sounds/blinds) are controlled by tablets, took a bit to get used to, but ok. Will definitely comeback. "
