"To start the staff at this hotel from the moment we checked in provided such exceptional service. Maria was so kind and caring to make sure each and every activity we participated in (from dinner reservations , hotel transfers, to spa services) were not only booked. But she made sure that we enjoyed each and everything we did. The food for the breakfast which was included had a huge array of foods to choose from were we were great by the hostess Maggie each morning with a smile, i can not put into words how this hotel made my family feel so much at home. If i could rate this hotel 1000 stars i would! Rooms spacious and cleaned daily, pool was wonderful. And the beach a 1 minute walk out the door you can not beat this value for this hotel! Thank you all for the amazing memories we will be back here next year!"

"This property is the epitome of customer service! First I was greeted at the ferry dock by two staff members! Upon arrival at the property the resort manager gave me an overview and then another staff member lead me to my unit. The staff were always friendly and helpful! The restaurant is top notch! The food is delicious, well presented and very flavorful!"
