โThe owners were amazingly courteous, friendly, and professional. The property was beautiful and clean, and all staff were always willing to help in any way they could. The pool was always refreshing and relaxing, and there was a fully-stocked pool bar for drinks. Meals were served buffet style, and the dining area oversaw the pool. The rooms had either pool view, mountain view, or partial sea view. I would definitely stay here again! <3โ
โThis property is new and quite lovely. It was truly one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in and we travel a lot. Our plunge pool suite was top notch. The beach facilities are private and excellent. Breakfast was included and there were so many choices. My only complaint is the exclusion of kids from the adults-only pool, which is the only place you can order fries/burgers. Would be better if they made it a "quiet" pool instead of being age restricted?โ
โBeautiful hotel, excellent service and staff. We had several day trips planned by the hotel concierge and used their drivers who were knowledgeable and professional. Food was great and just an all around super experience!โ
โFood buffet was great with many many options. Bed comfort was excellent. The shower pressure is very high so you could get a massage sort of while showering lol. โ

โThe Avli Lounge apartments are beautiful! We stayed in the Candy Suite for about four days. As mentioned in several reviews, location is excellent, and we were able to walk everywhere. Both Stelios' and Nickos were always available and helpful for everything.
Do note that there is no elevator as the hotel is in Old Town and they preserve the structures. That also means you have cobblestone streets which still require effort for even the smoothest luggage. The suite we were in was on the 3rd...
โWe really enjoyed our stay at this property. Booked the maisonette for a family of 4 which was perfect. Rooms were good size, breakfast buffet had a great selection, pools were nice. Gym could be improved as well as an omelet station at breakfast! Overall great value and convenient location-10-15 min walk to Old Town. Beach just down the street on from of he property. Would recommend! โ
โStruttura ben tenuta pulita e silenziosa ottima per una bella vacanza di relax,personale super cortese,mia figlia ha avuto problemi con un virus intestinale la metre' di cui non ricordo il nome e stata superlativa con tutto lo staff,ogni giorno chiedeva delle condizioni, facendo preparare un pasto apposta per la dieta data dal medico dell' hotel .
Cosa dire se divessi tornare a rethymno non avrei alcun dubbio a tornare in questo hotel .io darei anche una stellina in piu ..grazie per averci fatto...
