Eh, ok I guess.

This was an old hotel that they are renovating a little at a time. It was good enough for us but still needs work. Great view of ocean and we did t spend much time in the room but it was good for what we needed.

They seem to be renovating some of the area. Didn't matter I was there for the beach with my dog and the scenery and location were AMAZING!

I was a little scared after reading reviews but am so glad I gave it a try! Our room was clean and definitely no issues with our ac as we actually had to turn it up because it was freezing. Our room also had a coffee pot and two chairs on the balcony so I think it just depends on which room you get. Everyone we met that either lived there or worked there were super friendly and even invited us to join a cookout they were having to celebrate a residents birthday. Can’t beat the price for the view, a balcony, oceanfront pool and closeness to the beach. We will definitely be going back now that I know it’s clean, affordable and safe!

Please don’t rely on the booking photos for this property as they are not an accurate representation of the property. I’ll try to keep this short. Arriving at this property will first notice that the whole exterior of the property is rundown and in need of upgrading once you’re inside, you’ll be greeted with the overwhelming smell of weed and must. Once you’re in your room, you will see that the photos you seen are nothing like the room you are actually getting. The beds shown in the photo are actually cheap metal bed frames which creek and make noises so loud and are so unstable that you’ll be scared to turn over in the bed out of fear that it’s gonna fall apart. That’s if you can get to sleep because the bed is positioned so that the air conditioner is blowing in your face the entire night. While I didn’t pay top tier price for this place it wasn’t the cheapest either, I was expecting a little bit more based upon the photos that I seen. This is another property where the owners put the least amount of money possible into the furnishings, and the upkeep of the property and their gifts are the ones that have to suffer with it.

Bare bones beach front

This hotel is more a long term rental, than hotel. It is right on the beach, and quiet. But the furnishings are run down, no extra perks. No extra toliet paper or towels. We were in an efficency with a coffee pot but mugs. I let the staff know and was told they would deliver some, but never received any.

Disgusting

The room was so nasty I didn’t stay there. It was dirty, bugs crawling on the kitchen counter and sink. Sofa was dirty and worn out I wouldn’t even sit on it. Room smelled bad. I didn’t even bring m luggage in for fear I would take critters with me. I’ve stayed in Motel 6’s that were much nicer and cleaner. They should invest back into their property. It felt unsafe. It was a waste of hard earned money. The only thing going for it was the ocean view.

Entire stay was horrible. We never received any information on how to check in or check out. No one works at the front desk someone at the pool told us to pickup our key at the general store across the street microwave did not work, ceiling was leaking from the room above us. Hotels.com was no help either.

Very minimal furniture in the room. No supplies such as coffee filters, dish soap, sponge. No towel bars. A/C was very loud. Kitchen cabinets smelled very musty/moldy. No parking pass provided upon check-in. Check-in was difficult having to use the door on the side of the building. No luggage carts were available. The one we found to use to check-out had flat tires. Old, broken down outdoor eating area furniture.

This room was not prepared for guest! There was no table and chair of sit down and eat my food! The pictures were taken off the wall and not put back after painting. There was no toilet paper holder. (I had to hold the toilet paper in my hand). Dishes were dirty! It was paint on the furniture and little table on the deck. It was no iron and ironing board in the room. The sliding glass door was filthy dirty. I could feel the springs in the mattress which had to be purchased at the dollar store! each door entering the street after the entrance that had a security lock, did not close by itself. You had to forcibly push the door close to secure the door! Security hazard! did not feel safe in the building! The door to the kitchenette did not lock automatically! I was unaware of that! Assign should be posted on the lock from the inside to lock the door manually! I will never stay at this facility again! I will be making a complaint and I would like to get a complete refund! I am a disabled vet was very unsatisfied with my two day. Stay at this location. I never stayed anywhere with such poor conditions.

We walked in & the building smelled like pot & was completely run down. We went up to the unit we were supposed to stay in & the only good thing was the view. I pulled the sheets back & the mattress had mold, blood & was over run with bed bugs. The ceiling over the kitchenette had wet tiles and mold on them. We left and since there was no front desk, I called Expedia. They needed pictures to support my claims, so I unfortunately had to go back up. I sent the pictures to Expedia and they didn't hesitate to make things right, with a full refund.
