WIFI not working TV not working small. No trash can in room. Not easy to find. No sign out front. Not enough parking. No amenities in room. No microwave, cofee pot not working. No place to hang clothes, fridge leaked. No coffee for coffee maker, if it did work. No iron.

Paid oceanfront double bed when we arrived we was told the room is first come first serve and my type of room which was double bed was not available. Call center for this hotel chain is a joke at 10pm not even they could reach the front desk and no resolution insight or care to resolve stating they would escalate and email me. 9hrs away from home and that was the response. They had 2hrs to make it right and at midnight I had to hope around to find a hotel on site. So no excuses can be said. I called 3x and was given run around by the call center as the front desk could not do anything to resolve but offer a smaller room with parking lot view and who was sleeping on the floor from our group.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Do Not Recommend I booked a stay at this hotel and informed the front desk ahead of time that we would be arriving late due to weather and traffic delays. They told us no one would be at the desk at that hour, but security or someone else would be available to provide our keys. When we arrived, both entrances to the parking lot were roped off. We had to park at the adjacent hotel and walk over, only to find the entire property completely unattended. We called the provided number multiple times with no response. We also contacted the booking support line, who attempted to reach the property manager but had no luck. They advised us to keep calling every 15 minutes. By this point, it was 5 AM. With no access to our room and nowhere else to go at that hour, we ended up sleeping in a Walmart parking lot. We eventually received a refund through our booking site and found another hotel. This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve had with a hotel. I strongly recommend avoiding this property — I certainly will never attempt to book with them again.

Could not get into room door lock was busted was not the room i reserved was not beach front like advertised there was no tv or fridge for my daughter's insulin was verry hard to get my elderly father to the room when asked for another room or to fix the one we were in all they would say was we dont have any more rooms and brushed me off i want my money back was the worst hotel ive ever seen i feel scammed or down right robbed

This is what was called a kitchenet with no fridge

We didn’t like anything about the property. The 1st room they assigned the tv didn’t work, the second room had no tvs at all, and the third room the sliding door didn’t open. Worst stay ever. Heavy police presence due to other upset customers because the pictures displayed are fake these rooms looking nothing like the pictures. Parking terrible.

The rooms are false advertising and nothing like the pictures. No signs for the office. The bathroom had mold all down the wall behind the toilet and the toilet leaked. No towels/ washcloths provided and only half a roll of toilet paper was in the bathroom. The room didn’t have a tv at all. The kids pool area wasn’t open and was disgusting. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing about it was the air conditioning was cold and it was close to the beach.

The property is changing their name from sea mist but didn’t inform of this change. I was lost for a half hour because of this issue. There is limited parking due to how large the property is on site so I had to park across the street & down behind their other buildings & walk. The room had no remote or fridge. We went 3x to get one & was told it would come & never did. There was sand in both beds & we asked for them to changed - they said they would & did not. It was extremely filthy & gross - the walls, floors, & outside the property. All amenities & pools were not working & green & dirty. Their driftwood property had the fire department called back to back at least 3x - unsure if it was due to a fire or maybe an electrical issue with the alarm. This was by far a ‘catfish’ & I am so unsatisfied, especially after driving 11+ hours. Worst stay I’ve ever had.

Perfect example of false advertisement. The property is run down. I believe it is under new ownership because the name did not match the reservation. The room looked nothing like the pictures.

The room had no soap or coffee. No remote for the tv. Beds were overused and slouchy. The room didnt get cool and smelled musty. Air vents on air conditioner were moldy. One air conditioner control panel was broken. Pillows were lumpy. We will not be back to this property.

I wish the pictures actually looked like the property or else I wouldn’t have booked. I payed extra for a balcony room just for them to say we can’t open our balcony sliding doors. When I arrived there were no towels in our room, no tv and bad lighting unless I opened the shade which I was trying not to since we weren’t aloud to use or balcony door anyways. The good part is the front desk lady’s were nice that’s about it.

I am complaining about everything. The pictures is the rooms did not match anything like what we stayed in. Payed for oceanfront view didn't get that, no towels, tp, no tv. No wifi. Lights didn't work fridge didn't work. Daily house keeping never happened. Asked for towels and tp multiple times.. never received them. Have disabled children that depend on wifi to keep them calm with disability tablet but didn't have. Which put them into melt down. Had other previous hotel guests personal hygiene items left in shower and bathroom. No ice in the ice machine. Pubic hairs on floor. Held captive due too couldn't afford to stay in another hotel. Drive 15 hours for family Vaca and couldn't enjoy it due to this. Made everyone irritable, unsafe feeling due to yelling outside or rooms late at night early morning, and sketchy looking people going in and out of multiple hotel rooms. Didn't look like they were staying in the hotel as customer. Lol was dirty green looking so never used it. Toilet keep over flowing in one of the rooms. Etc etci would like a refund because this made my trip with my family a lot less enjoyable and spent a lot of money that was saved up for a great time with my children and parents on my dad's birthday week. It was an experience they won't forget in a BAD WAY :(please refund my stay. I will never ever stay in this hotel again. Nor recommend it!!

The elevator was broken. The room was filthy. No TV no Wi-Fi no phone. No towels or soap shampoo etc. had a coffee pot but no coffee. Dog food in the floor and napkins covered in blood behind the bed. Hair in the tub. It was horrible. And for over $200 a night. It was supposed to be rated 10 out of 10. They put us on the top floor and no elevator! It was the worst experience ever! But at least the ocean was near!!

No cups, or coffee. And no liner for the ice bucket. But no need cause there was no working ice machine.

I paid for ocean view, was given 6th floor, no working elevator so they changed it to the 5th floor. I asked for a different room and they told me to ask Expedia for refund of the room I paid for. they were going to charge me to change my room. That is unacceptable, I can not do stairs to the 5th floor! I left and came back later, different lady at the front desk, and she gave me the same room options, 5th or 6ht floor, no elevator, no internet. Then gave me a different room, no soaps, shampoo, tissue, room was not clean, etc. Too many complaints to list here. I paid for ocean view, did not receive it. I am very dissatisfied. Smoke alarm not on the wall, was in a drawer.

Everything was a lie. I was supposed to have a private balcony didn't happen. I was supposed to have a ocean view didn't happen. Had mold in the room, there was water dripping from ceilings and walls, there was no bed in on the pull out bed. The maintenance man were on drugs. The room didn't have a TV. I've been to this hotel in the past about 4 years ago it was nothing like it is now it should be shut down.
