We really loved our rooms. They were very comfortable and clean with a nice view. We would have liked it a little more if there were a coffee shop or something in the building or next door so we wouldn't have to walk so far for a quick bite. Otherwise, everything was great!

Beach view was not unobstructed but not a deal breaker. Parking is a chore for bigger vehicles but with patience no problem.The staff is outstanding and friendly. Dining is diverse and close for the most part. Some nice spots are within walking distance.

Great staff. Stayed during off-season, but room was clean. Excellent location that's a jumping off point for various activities. Needed help logging into the WiFi due to a Windows 11 setting on my computer. The support person for Carolina Grande was patient and helpful, solving my problem in under five minutes. Everything was great! Check in was quick and early. Room was spacious, had everything we needed. Pillows and blankets super nice, bed was perfect. Water pressure in shower was awesome. It was not right on the beach but across the street which was fine cause it was cold. We still had a nice view of the water. I would def stay here again. Balcony view absolutely stunning. Staff super nice and rooms very clean and comfortable. If I had to complain about one thing, it would be housekeeping knocking at the door at 8:45 AM and checkout was at 10 AM. Then the front desk started texting texting at 9 AM reminding us to check out by 10am. And if that wasn’t enough as we were taking our bags, downstairs, housekeeping was sitting on a bench IN FRONT of our door waiting until we left the room. It was just a little too pushy for me. Signs to checkout BY 10 AM is plastered everywhere, so trust me we saw it. Overall, STILL a good experience and I would go back. I absolutely recommend. OAN: Expedia may have the checkout time listed as 11 AM but it’s 10 AM.

We had to adjoining rooms. They were very nice and very clean. The staff was attentive to our needs. Our first rooms were on the 18th floor and had a great beach view. However, due to some problems with the first room, we were moved to the ninth floor. where the view was not nearly as good. Overall, I have no complaints. I would highly recommend this hotel.
