I recently stayed at this hotel and while there were some positives, a few key issues really impacted our overall experience.
First, housekeeping needs significant improvement. Daily room cleaning should be a basic standard, but it was inconsistent during our stay. This made the room feel less comfortable and well-maintained than expected.blankets were so dirty and stained
Second, the oceanfront rooms—while offering a beautiful view—have balconies that are surprisingly small. For a feature that’s often highlighted as a major selling point, the limited space made it difficult to fully enjoy the experience.
The most frustrating issue, however, was the lack of available bell desk carts. Each time we needed one for loading or unloading luggage, none were available. Our room was on the 10th floor, and we ended up making 4–5 trips ourselves, which was extremely inconvenient and exhausting.
Overall, the hotel has potential, but these operational shortcomings need to be addressed to provide a more comfortable and guest-friendly experience.
