"Third stay here, and the spa, rooms and breakfast were wonderful as usual. Less wonderful was the member of staff who checked us in, who was stressed and rude and neglected to tell us how to get to our rooms, was snarky when we came back to ask for directions, and only gave us one keycard which turned out not work when we finally reached our room."

"Room was lovely and clean, staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a great choice available, really lovely place. Great customer service from the staff, nothing was too much trouble.❤️"
