โHaving a mall as part of the building is very convenient for getting grocery items and other small things. Staff very helpful and friendly, front desk and especially the doormen.โ
โRooms were spacious and comfortable. There were restaurants nearby so food options were not limited. Property was not too far from the city centre. Plenty of parking available in the back. Staff were all friendly and helpful. 10/10 would stay here again!โ
โThe place is in terrible condition. The aircon is not cold enough. No toilet paper. Has no hot shower. No kettle pot. Was only given one towel because thatโs what they had. Good thing i brought my own. โ
โA big improvement since I stay here 5 years ago.very nice,lots of Parking, Swimming pool is massive. Quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. I book 1 night and extended . Close to Naga Airport.thank you. Will be back again.โ
โPros: has a 24/7 cafe downstairs although I did not try anything there; wifi is good for the Philippines starndard; bed is comfortable; aircon works okay; mart beside the hotel; room lights are great; it has a window and a balcony
Cons: staff not friendly, shower is weak and water heater not great; bathroom seems unfinished with workarounds holding the tap or things like that; a bit costly for what it offers to a solo traveler; room is smallโ
