This was a great hotel. Everything about it was perfect for us. It's right across the road from the train station so wheeling heavy luggage to the hotel wasn't a problem. The tram stop is also close by for getting around the city. We bought a day ticket for the trams from the hotel reception. It was 600 yen per person. The staff were friendly and helpful. It looks as if it's very new but was in fact built in 2021. (So 5 years old at time of writing this) Our room was spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

Breakfast was a little expensive but the only time we had it, the food was abundant and a huge variety. The facilities, staff, cleanliness were everything I expected and more. The location is very convenient and the staff incredibly helpful.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel room was the nicest room that I’ve ever stayed in! It was incredibly spacious, with a large bathroom area. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge variety of Japanese and Western hot and cold dishes. Everything was really well-labelled for people with dietary requirements. The onsen was lovely and relaxing, and I was fortunate to go early and have it all to myself! Well-located, with the train station directly opposite and the tram stop just around the corner.

Amazing hotel in an amazing location!

This hotel is at an amazing location for day trips to other places as it’s just located opposite the Nagasaki Station. The interior of the hotel was amazing with a spacious layout and comfortable vibes. Loved this place and highly recommend anyone coming to Nagasaki to book this!

Nice, clean and spacious room. Opposite JR station and a short walk from Amu Plaza so getting to transport and food is a breeze. Good and cheap parking (daily ¥1000) next to Hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
