"Great hotel on rhw lake. The amenities were amazing (hot springs, foot bath, sauna and more). A traditional 9 course dinner and breakfast were included. We were comfortable. The staff and waiter were very attentive, kind and knowledgeable."

Still was great to experience traditional Japanese hospitality."

Hourly Shuttle service to/from Kawaguchiko Station was very useful, 10 min away. Nabeya Japanese restaurant was delicious and only 3 min walk away."

The food was amazing and plentiful. The private baths were clean and tranquil. Sitting in the hot spring while listening to the river below was an experience I will not soon forget. Add that to the beautiful scenery and it was a trip to be remembered."

"The Hotel was very good for what it was… a dated 4 star theme park hotel. I booked the Mt Fuji view room but it was too cloudy to enjoy the view (no one’s fault) … the onsen was closed too which I might have missed a notification about. The room itself was well maintained, we had a sofa bed extended out for my daughter… so it was slightly cozy but comfortable. Importantly it was clean and everything worked like it should. We enjoyed the fact that it had private access to the Fuji Q theme park with discounted full-day passes. Staff were helpful, very good."
