“The Bank House was tucked away in a neighborhood. Not your typical hotel accommodation. Kind of a cross between a hotel and AirBnB. Private parking available. Upon arrival, had to ring the bell for someone to greet you and let you in. This and checkout were really the only times we had contact with staff. Room was quite large and very clean. “Of all the places I stayed during my trip in the UK, Ardross Glencairn is the most recommendable one. From the check-in (genuine welcome from the receptionist plus informative), cleanliness (very much appreciated! I loved how clean the bathroom is) to location (my tour bus pick up and drop off is just across the street!) - it was a short and but very pleasant stay. I will certainly recommend this place to my friends who are going to stay in Inverness! ”

“This is a great wee place to stay if you are stopping off or looking for some cheap and quick. The staff were amazing and super helpful. And offer use of the kitchen if I wanted to make some food. Honestly amazing! Also offered to make up a wee bag for breakfast as I was leaving early! I managed to get something before I left. Only thing I’ll say, the room could do a with a little TLC, the shower doors don’t close properly, the door handle is loose and the curtains need fixed slightly, but...
