โThe bedroom and bathroom were excellent size and nicely decorated. The breakfast was excellent and the host very attentive to guests. The location was ideal to local beaches and Inverness and had a great town with excellent restaurants and shops.โ
โFriendly and welcoming staff. Unexpected room upgrade upon arrival which was wonderful. If you want charm in a beautiful Highlands locale along the whisky trail, this is it. Dinner was incredibly delicious in the hotel's dining room. Their chef is out of this world. Bar has every whisky known to man ... kidding of course, but they are well stocked and knowledgeable. We stayed one night and wished we had booked a longer visit. It was meant to be a stop on our way out of a two day drive through...
โWe were initially very tensed as we are going to Europe for first time. Communicated with the owners (Karen & George), they were very friendly and eased our anxiety. Karen met us after we checked-in and she was very friendly and helpful. My wife and daughter liked the glamping area very much, its safe. I highly recommend if you are planning for a trip to Loch Ness and need a small private atmosphere.โ
โSplendida struttura, direi PERFETTA, accogliente la dolcissima Helen, struttura curatissima, pulitissima, comodissima sia per andare a cercare ristoranti, sia per partenze per eventuali escursioni. Piรน che consigliato !!โ
โgreat place to stay food great staff great this is a hotel we have stayed at before if you like a steak its a must to try the steak sizzler and they have music โ
โJust a heads up no microwave or refrigerator in the room that we stayed in. There was a stand up fan which was nice. Bathroom door would not shut properly either, but otherwise very clean and nice. Love the old time charm.โ
โWe had a delightful stay at Cawdor House, thanks in large part to the fabulous couple who own and run it. Their warmth and hospitality truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
The room we stayed in was small but pleasant and well-kept. As youโd expect in an older house, the walls are a bit thin, but thatโs part of the charm and character of a traditional building like this.
Breakfast was a highlight โ a lovely continental spread, made even better by the fresh espresso in the...
โVery highly recommended. The hotel has had a spruce up since I was last here and she's looking lovely. Very comfy beds and powerful shower with nice products. Great spa. Food and cocktails both delicious. Everyone super friendly and helpful. With local people coming in to use the pool or have a drink at the bar, it feels like part of the town as well rather than just a tourist enclave. We will be back. โ
โOn arrival, we were made welcome. The food was amazing / fresh to order. We ate in the evening / breakfast. The staff were very friendly indeed.
Good parking and private. Nearby Nairn Beach which we visited and beautiful.
Highly recommend this hotel. ๐
