“The room was luxury hotel standard with a small en-suite. There was another room with a microwave fridge crockery and tables and chairs and couches. All was luxury hotel standard. It was perfect for a 2 night stay but I could have stayed for months.,…”
“We enjoyed the Cawdor House. Absolutely lovely. It was my 60th birthday and Manuela went above and beyond helping my husband plan a wonderful stay. Beautiful flowers and mimosas for my birthday breakfast. She and her staff made our stay so comfortable and special. The rooms and dining room were beautiful. Delicious breakfast!!”
“We had a lovely short stay at Macbeth’s Hillock. The cottage was clean, cosy and comfortable, with everything we needed. We mainly stayed there overnight while travelling, but I also cooked dinner there, which worked very well. The location is peaceful, close to local sights, and right next to a farm with beautiful sheep, which made the stay feel even more charming. A very pleasant place for our short stay.”
“Hotel was good very outdated. Nice staff room. I had a single room was quite small was great for a two day visit. I wouldn’t recommend for a week. As room was small very close to town and beach”
“We didn't see a soul.
Check in was using a safe box to collect the key.
Check out was dropping the key into a safe box.
Room was clean and pleasant though and we had everything we needed.”
“Rooms were very basic. There was only one curtain in the window which only has two hooks one at either end and it was torn and stained. Paid for the hotel when I booked it but I received a phone call from a foreign woman in the afternoon stating that I hadn’t paid and demanding to know what time I was arriving. When I told her that I paid online she checked and apologised, but her attitude upset me. When we arrived at 5 p.m. the door was locked and we had to telephone the number left taped to...
“This bed and breakfast is an absolute hidden gem. The room was beautifully presented with cute armchairs, good storage and comfortable beds. Helen was amazing - she provided tea and coffee in the room, her breakfast was absolutely divine and extremely well organised, and the location was within walking distance to the beach and the main town. A really exceptional option for anyone visiting Inverness, Culloden or the Clava Cairns.”
“Great location to use as a stepping off point anywhere nearby. Lots of castles, Inverness and all the shops. A great place to stay and will come back again!”
“Although on high street , the hotel was lovely and quiet and we slept well.
The room was a good size , and very clean just decor needed updated .
Breakfast was very good and Denise was very helpful and friendly .”
