Cheapest clean hotel town. Good enough for me!
I was there to visit friends for a few days. My expectation was not high. All I want was a clean room with hot water and basic amenities. I am out in the morning and back at night. It's that simple. I am also a foreigner who speaks basic Thai so I could do a basic decent conversation. Anything more, I use Google Translate.
It's run by a family and my arrival then was during Covid times. So I don't expect much. In fact, I am the only guest.
Host was pleasant and I am easy to please. So yes, I would recommend this place if your expectations are not high. In fact, it's one of cheapest you can find in Korat! What do you expect for the price you pay.
The lift was powered down but that's ok. They can't be powering on the lift for 1 pax. My legs are not that strong but I can manage - just take it slowly and I'll get there.

We arrived and there was no cars in the car park that screamed of something wrong! However check in was okay, English speaking wasn’t amazing but it will do!
We opened the door and I was all most crying; the room was dirty, smelly and just not nice to be in, balcony ha! Just somewhere for the water from the shower to go! If you get it to work. No water in the bathroom, power went off at one point! Had to wet wipe everything, bugs on the walls and dust every where, wasn’t a safe area: in fact we took turns sleeping as we didn’t want our things to go missing. When we went out durning the day we took our stuff with use as we didn’t trust them at all!!! Safe to say we checked out early. Avoid this place!!!!!

スタッフは笑顔で親切でした。ガラス戸が傾いていて、ぴったり閉まらないなど古さは感じますが、安いし掃除は行き届いている印象なので、総合的には納得できました。
長期利用が多いのか、ベランダに物干しがって便利です。

Friendly staffs. The place was quiet, ok for a night stay but long stay should provide a free water bottle. My room TV remote control was old and too difficult to use, although a staff already replaced the batteries.

街の中心からは少し遠い。 ホテルと思ったがマンションの様なところでチェックイン時に滞在を地元の警察に届けるための書類作成をさせられた。 室内の清掃等はあまり良くはなくほこりが床に結構目立った。

Czysto utrzymany, wszystko działa i bardzo dobra cena.
Hotel pamiętający lepsze czasy i ma już zużyte wyposarzenie, ale za tą cenę jest OK.
Niedaleko świetna lokalna knajpka śniadaniowa - zapytajcie na recepcji (jak jest stasza pani to mówi bardzo dobrze w j. angielskim).
Centra handlowe w odległości pieszej albo tuk-tuk za 40-60B. Polecam wizytę w świetnie zorganizowanym ZOO (daleko, songtaew spod centrum handlowego albo taxi).
+ sprzątane i myte codziennie włącznie z korytarzami i holem wejściowym.
