Regardless of stay length, the service, efficiency, and hospitality were outstanding every time. From management to reception, concierge, bell staff, breakfast service, and housekeeping, the entire team was professional, warm, and attentive. Everything felt seamless, well-coordinated, and genuinely welcoming, which made each stay comfortable and memorable. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with a wide selection of beautifully presented traditional Turkish dishes, fresh fruits, and juices, all enjoyed with stunning views overlooking the Bosphorus.
