“Everything is so nice”

“For a quick stay before a ferry ride, this worked.”

“직원들는 친절하지만 방에 생수는 따로 제공되지 않습니다. 건물의 구조가 층마다 단차가 많아 캐리어가 무거울 경우 불편할수 있습니다. ”

“Towels seemed old and could be replaced”

“Good night sleep after a long day!”

“Nothing unique about the property but it was good for the price!”

“Clean room, great staff, amazing shower. The waterfall shower head was a standout. The TV remotes were kinda iffy and it was a gamble as to what each button did, which was a mixture of hilarious and mild frustration. Coffee maker in the room was broken and there are not a great amount of outlets. Slight musty smell but kept the window cracked open and it wasn't an issue. Other than that, nothing negative to say. Only mild inconveniences.”

“The staff were very friendly, and we really enjoyed using the pool.”

“The Painted Turtle was a good accommodation choice for my stay in Nanaimo. The location was convenient and the availability of cooking facilities was a plus.”

“They need cleaning more.”

“There was no heat in the room on a chilly night! Also, the maid just walked in at 9 am. this morning - she should have knocked - fortunately I was still in bed!”

“편안하고 깨끗함, 주변 맛집과 굉장히 가깝고 이동성 편리!! 직원분 친절함! ”

“Very nice hotel and property.”

“I come here every fall for years, but I noticed a difference this year. No body lotion in the room but staff found me some thankfully. $10 charge for parking when there never used to be one, & there were lots of empty spots. An older woman who I took to be a housekeeper knocked on my door, although it had a "Do Not Disturb" sign on it, 15 minutes before check out time & held her watch up, looking between it & me, & asked "Are you checking out today?" How rude! I've never had that happen before...

“Beautiful view”

“I had a self-catered 3-night solo silent retreat at Bethlehem and am so glad I did. If you want to unplug and reconnect within and with whatever you understand as creation, this is a great place to do it. The facilities are simple but more than adequate, the property is beautiful with a labyrinth, library, pond feature and more, and Westwood Lake could not be more beautiful.”
