説明不十分なホテル移動を強いられた

3日宿泊する予定で予約。2日目の朝に「政府の炭素税（？）の規制に引っかかったので本館に移動してほしい」と言われ、ホテルの客全員ではなかったので抗議したが、泣く泣く荷物をまとめてチェックアウト。 当日は観光予定があったため、スーツケースは夜まで置かせてもらった。夜に荷物を取りに行くと、夜のスタッフに事情が伝わっていなかったらしく、再度自分から説明をしなければならなかった。タクシーで行くように言われたが、ホテル事由であることを主張し車を手配してもらい（当然ですが）、車で送ってもらった。 車で送ってもらった先は本館はジンホワホテルよりグレードは高かったので結果オーライではあったが、ホテル事由の移動であるのに謝罪の言葉もなく最悪な気分であった。同系列のホテルは二度と利用しない。 一日泊まった感想は以下の通り。 ・バストイレと部屋の仕切りが無いため、シャワーや排せつ音がダイレクトに伝わってしまう ・シャワー室の防水が甘いため、水が漏れてシャワー後に床が濡れてしまう ・全体的にくすんでいて清潔感があまりない ・ベッドの寝心地は良い

The room is pretty good but the decoration is rather old with peeling off of the painting on the wall. Besides, the restroom is small in comparison with the standard room. Whenever you take a bath, there is water leaking from the bathroom to the rest of the bedroom. In addition, there is no air conditioning provided inside the room. Moreover, there is no window and therefore the atmosphere causes everyone suffocating.

Neat, tidy, clean and comfortable rooms. Nice restaurant. Good location easy to walk to things and easy to get a cab. Very limited English makes things a little tricky of course and the usual no Visa or mastercard acceptance.

Will never go again

Next door there is a primary school and they play a march using their speakers early in the morning. So much for sleeping in. They say the hotel is four stars but that does not seem to be the case. No bellboy to help with luggages, the rooms are almost all smoking so good luck if you are not a smoker, old rooms with stained carpets. Though they did a good job with drycleaning and did their best to accommodate a nonsmoker.

全般的に快適 敢えて文句を吐けるならば、 徒歩にて移動することを考慮に入れると 最寄の地下鉄・鼓楼駅より幾分距離があるかな・・・ 周辺は賑やかくありながらも、 安眠できる好い環境にあります

Hotel in a good location

Mostly the stay was good. The room was clean and was in a walking distance from the metro. However, the staff could not speak English at all which was a big hassle on the first day. It was very unexpecting to see that none of the staff could understand English.

Probably best bang for the buck hotel in Nanjing

This is one of the best bang for the buck hotel in the area. The price is very reasonable and it actually felt like a 4-star hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Surrounding area was good for close access to subway, museums, and shopping. I highly recommend this hotel.

雰囲気が良いホテル

フロントの感じや部屋のデザインなどの雰囲気はなかなか良く、格安ホテルに比べるとワンランク上のおしゃれ感があります。フロント前の待合席は割と座席数が多く、売店もあります。部屋のシャワーは温度のばらつきが大きく、熱くなったり冷たくなったりを繰り返すことがあります。シャワーの勢いは困りはしない程度であまり良くなかったです。排水も序盤は流れが悪く、ある水位まで溜まると詰まりが取れて流れるようになります。1回詰まりが取れた後はスムーズに流れますが、次の日には最初の状態に戻ってました。部屋のWi-Fiは特に問題もなく快適でした。毎日2本ずつ貰えるはずのミネラルウォーターは、何故か自動配布はしてくれませんでしたが、要求したら問題なく貰えました。宿泊価格はそこまで安くないので、雰囲気以外の実力を考えると少し割高な感じがしました。
