I have mix feelings about this room so Im going to give my pros and cons Pros -The room we got was very nice spacious, clean, nice bathroom, air conditioned, free wifi -The room we got was literally in a piazza where there's several restaurants and cafes also a 5 minute walk from Sccanapoli the famous shopping street. Cons -This is not a hotel, they are rooms distributed all over Naples, so whatever room they assigned you its what you will get and since they have several all over who knows which one you will get -The check in process is kind of ridiculous you have to first do an online check in and they kept asking me for a PRN number I never received so I had to contact them for that, then since they are several rooms spread all over Naples they have an office that you have to go to do a secondary check in and they do not open until 3:00pm on top of what I paid for the room they charged us 56 extra euros for cleaning fees and city tax and they only took cash wich we didn't have and had to go find an ATM in the heat. Also if you want to check in earlier its like 40 euros extra. -When our room was assigned we had to walked with our heavy backpacks for 15 minutes brutal under the sun and the heat, so depends what room they assigned you you might need to take a taxi to the room. -Theres no reception so if you need anything you have to communicate through WhatsApp if you don't know what that is is a messaging app and to communicate with them you need it.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Fiquei muito surpresa ao chegar em Nápoles, no endereço fornecido aqui pelo aplicativo, e depois de ligar para vários números, descobrir que estava no lugar errado, fui para a recepção, em outro endereço, e lá descobri que o endereço fornecido aqui (ao qual me motivou à pegar a hospedagem) não seria o hotel que eu ficaria, e que eu contratei. Chegando no hotel (mais distante da recepção e do endereço colocado aqui), o elevador era pago para subir, quando cheguei no quarto pequeno, as paredes sujas, uma das lâmpadas do banheiro queimada, a TV não funcionava, apenas a rádio contida nela, e para minha surpresa, nem o frigobar funcionava. Ou seja, comprei uma coisa, levei outra. Não recomendo de jeito nenhum. Experiência péssima.
