This property was in an excellent location, right in the middle of the central zone. Even in the midst of the Napoli chaos (which I love) and vibrant nightlife, it was quiet and a safe area with a gate/code entry system. The room had air conditioning, comfortable bed/pillows and a good shower. We will stay here again on our next visit.

Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by It’s Room Naples. The only issue I experienced was at checkin,. We arrived at 10:00 AM, when someone was supposed to be there, but no one showed up. We ended up waiting about 15 minutes before someone sent us the code so we could leave our luggage and get on with our day. That small inconvenience aside, the room itself exceeded my expectations. It was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. I honestly wish I could have stayed there longer. It’s truly a hidden gem, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Naples.

We had an incredible stay at Its Room! I booked this hotel for the first part of my partners 40th birthday and it was fantastic. We visited Naples for a football game and to enjoy the city and surrounding area and this hotel was the perfect base for our trip. Super easy check in and check out, the team was always ready to help with extras and quick with communication. The location is perfect, feeling safe and right next to all the best spots in Naples! It’s Room is the PERFECT place to stay while you are in Napoli! The communication was quick and easy. Finding the place was easy and all the instructions made sense. The actual room was INCREDIBLE!! Very spacious, super clean and we given a mini bar of goodies upon entering our room. The shopping was amazing! And we truly had the best pizza and fried calamari at Pizzeria Capass!
