It’s convenient if you have game at the sports complex. It’s clean, staff at the check in was not very “collaborative”…we just wanted to switch from 1 king to queen…she does not even look at the system, and said it was not possible. But for a tournament week end with game at the sports complex, it’s easy and does the job :)

Bathroom extractor was very loud (rattling sound), room faucet to wash hands was clogged meaning took a while for water to drain. There was just one tiny soap where one washes hand, no shower gel nor soap in the shower.

The property is tired but beds are OK and water is hot. Internet is spotty. Breakfasts are poor relative to other highway motels. This morning - sausages and potatos. No eggs. No yogurt. The cereals are sweetened. Staff is helpful.
The property is old, and has not been well maintained. Things are dirty and dingy throughout the property.

The staff were very nice and helpful. We found the hotel to be nice and quiet. It was a pleasure to get a good night sleep.
I do have a complaint about the complimentary breakfast however. I didn’t appreciate the eggs and the meat being warmed in the same warmer. They should have had a separate warming vessel for each. In addition, not having a choice of grits or plain oatmeal was not appropriated as well.
Overall, it was a nice stay and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Super convenient location outside of Naples. It’s definitely the cheapest option in the area that I saw. The room needs a little TLC which is fine but there was a distinct, musty smell coming from the Air Conditioning unit. Didn’t ruin the stay but I’ll be at 3 stars until that is resolved.
Arrived to check in. Nice but disinterested staff. Did not mention there was no internet and no idea when it would be back (Never was during my one-night stay). They had a simple copied iece of paper in the lobby indicating there was no internet. The space with snacks and amenities available was almost empty. The breakfast was weak, at best. Bare bones and they closed it 5 minutes early. Forunately I snuck in just in time but others were shut out. There was still plenty of food left, as bare bones as it was. Tub in my room was chipped and appeared dirty/shabby. Water pressure in the sink was terrible thought the shower was great. Too much lacking for a the price.

Internet wasn’t working. They said because of rain. Other hotels in area had internet. Paid over $900 for 3 nights. Asked for discount, wouldn’t give. Hotels.com said they would give me $50 credit to my account and I don’t see anything. Very disappointed!

The breakfast was over at 9 am, would have preferred 9:30 since we are elderly. Personnel were very nice, place was clean, the room was large but had a VERY small tv, could not see it from the sitting area ONLYFROM THE BED, terrible location for the microwave, it was in a small cabinet, hard to access and very dark. It is in a very noisy area.

The room was disgusting, very outdated, and poor quality. There were cracks around the tub and bathroom tiles, carpet stains, room smelled of cigarette smoke, air condition was not working and overall I did not feel safe. I told the front desk that I did not feel safe and requested a room change because I was on the street level. She laughed and said, “I’ll be here” and that there were no other options. Gentleman who checked me out was rude. I was very surprised and disappointed by the poor quality especially in Naples.

TV didn’t work. Mold on the windows. Free breakfast was all but gone 45 minutes before breakfast time ended.

A little brown....
The Inn is located behind fast food locations and is very seventies. The decor is in browns and greens. The rooms are very large with comfortable furniture (big recliner), and are quiet. The breakfast is good with bagels and yoghurts and waffles and the coffee is great, but all is in plastic. Staff varies in friendliness.
