Room was ok,bathroom a bit dated but otherwise ok,altough on our arrival I’ve noticed the toilet wasn’t cleaned and the bathroom towels will be good if re-newed On the next day the cleaner was in the room and everything was cleaned properly and organised Ac unit very load when in use and even with the window shut the location was very noisy The host doesn’t speak english at all which is not great

Nice B&B only 5-10 min from centro storico. Very close to Metro (Duomo) and there You get access to all of Napoli. We had a great bed, bathroom is large and a small kitchen area. AC is working. The room was clean and it was cleaned every day. The owner was a real Mister, fast check-in and out. This is the old part of Napoli but it was quiet at night and we felt very secure. Lots of good restaurants and supermercado just around the cornetto. We all liked this B&B. Breakfast is coffee and cornetto

Good budget-friendly accommodation

Small but well presented room with en-suite bathroom. Everything was clean, and everything worked well. Daily housekeeping, who were really good at keeping shower gel, soap, toilet paper, etc, fully stocked at all times. Friendly welcome from the owner, who met me personally at 10pm for check-in (delayed flight!). Location is great, most central Naples sights are easily walkable, and the central train station is only 15-20 minutes walk away. Being on a residential side street, traffic noise is limited to the occasional scooter going past, and not the usual Naples noisy mayhem traffic! Breakfast is a simple coffee and croissant, provided at a cafe just 2 minutes walk away.

We liked the spacious room and large shower. We found it conveniently located for us to explore various parts of Naples. It was just a few hundred meters from a bustling area full of bars, restaurants and cafes (Via San Biagio Dei Labral). The Spanish Quarter is a 20 minute walk away. Pre-arrival communication was good. There was a bit of a language gap between English and Italian while checking in but nothing serious. The only drawback was the WiFi was strong in the BnB until we got to our room at the end of the hall. The signal was repeatedly lost entering our room. Breakfast was a coffee (espresso or cappuccino etc) and fresh made delicious pastry just around the corner. They have a few seats in the small shop but also provide take way service so we could eat and drink back in the room. A coupon is provided for each morning of your stay that will cover the cost of one beverage and a pastry. Taxi to/from Naples Centrale train station ranged from 16-20 euros.

Warm and personal service

This hotel gives exellent service, even though none of us speaks italian we got help to solve a serious situation with help from the hosts family. The room was clean and had good beds. The location fitted us perfectly although our first impression of this hotel was not the best. We strongly recommend this hotel if you are up to living in a small hotel with exellent service.

Cauchemar à Naples

Dommage que mon petit séjour ait été gâché par un problème de chasse qui s'était produit quand le propriétaire était là ( réglé après de nombreuses manipulations ) mais qui a recommencé quand je suis rentrée dans la soirée avant de repartir dîner l'eau de la chasse coulait à flots sans s'arrêter mais ça faisait autant de bruit que les chutes du Niagara impossible de joindre ni le logeur ni hotel.com, un des messieurs logeant sur place a essayé de m'aider en manipulant la chasse qui etait encastrée dans le mur mais en vain au bout de 3h environ n en pouvant plus et me demandant où j'allais bien pouvoir dormir je me suis acharnée sur la chasse puis me suis arrêtée car je ne voulais pas en pkus avoir à payer les dégâts mais cela a eu de l effetau bout de 5 minutes par contre je n'ai plus utilisé les toilettes quand le propriétaire n'était pas là pas très confortable! De plus on m'a imposé l'heure du petit déjeuner à 9h30 les 2 jours où j'étais là bas javais déjà perdu ma 1ere soirée et 1 peu ma matinée le 2e matin n en pouvant plus j'ai réclamé 1 plateau dans ma chambre pour ne pas gêner le groupe italien qui apparemment était prioritaire voilà dommage maispur moi ce fut une expérience très negative

Perfect for one or two days in Naples

The B&B is very close to 'Spaccanapoli' and the city centre. The check-in was a bit slow. The room was of the right size and clean. Some problem with the flush, though. Poor breakfast (quantity not for the quality). Low price, perfect for one or two days in Naples.

La struttura è situata in posizione strategica per quasi tutti i punti di interesse della città, che sono raggiungibili a piedi. La stanza era molto semplice ma pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile, è un vero piacere scambiare quattro chiacchiere con lui. La colazione rimane la parte migliore del soggiorno: sfogliatelle calde ogni mattina! Assolutamente consigliata, ci ritornerò!

Friendly welcome and lovely clean room

The hotel staff were very welcoming and had some nice little touches such as the freshly homemade cakes that arrived for breakfast. The rooms were very clean and spacious too. Ideal for an overnight city break as not too far from the port and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Great option for independent travelers in Naples. I was traveling alone but had visited the city before, so this was a perfect setup for me. The proprietors speak very little English, but were absolutely friendly and kind, and we were able to get me checked in with no problem (even managed some restaurant recommendations nearby!). Breakfast is simple and self-service (not really a "buffet"... what we'd call in America a "continental breakfast"), but always included delightful Neopolitan pastries. Otherwise the small room I had was clean, comfortable, and included a desk and air conditioning.
