"There was a small mixup with our reservation so we were upgraded to the Presidential Suite on the corner of the 4th floor. The room was incredibly spacious but we originally booked a room with two queen beds. However, the suite only had one queen bed and a pull-out sofa bed which was not as nice for the other guest.
The powered blinds and drapes didn't all work so on some of the large windows, we could either open/close the blinds but could not close the drapes, or you could open/close the drapes and the blinds didn't work. It was mildly frustrating because you could not completely black out the room.
The included breakfast was good with lots of options including oatmeal, waffles, scrambled eggs, bagels/toast, sausage/bacon, milk (both 2% and chocolate), and basic fruit. We did not use the pool or exercise facilities. In my opinion, the nightly price for a stay was a bit on the high side considering it was in Westbank."
