“The main selling point of this hotel is the incredibly kind and compassionate lady at the front desk. She honestly made our stay enjoyable. The hotel is about 1 1/2 kms from any restaurants but she made it a worthwhile stay. She communicated with us in very relatable manner and provided excellent suggestions. I would stay there again simply for her nd her amazing son”

“A most distressing and upsetting stay. Upon checking in, we discovered that the elevator was out of order and had to ask a young staff person who showed us where the stairs were so we could carry our bags to our room- we had to ask him if might find the time to help us with our bags (we are in our mid-70s and just came of a 6+ hour drive). Despite the thread-bare chairs, the room did have its charms- lovely view (no amenities). The shower nearly killed me - the water regulator wasn't working...

“This was an amazing location! So happy to be here especially for the price. We didn’t know we were getting a kitchen so that was a bonus. We thought we would get a small fridge and that’s it. We had a full fridge and full stove/oven. There was a separate bedroom plus a pull out sofa/bed. It was clean, for the most part. Some yucky dust on trim and I only noticed because I’m hyper vigilant. Most people wouldn’t notice. Plenty of shampoo and tp provided. But not enough towels. There were two of us...
