“I actually rate it as 4.5 of 5. 1) I did not like all the cigarette butts barely out the front door, scattered in all directions for 20'+. Do they ever get removed? Why do smokers think they have a right to pollute like that? They are such offenders of rest of us health!!!!!!! And for us to have to walk through your putrid clingy smoke = Gross!!!!!! Where is your respect? Please go out in the parking lot to do your bad habit. Unfortunately this is the same scenario at way too many hotels. 2)...

“Breakfast is a "cold" style breakfast besides the waffle maker... ex: cereal, milk, bananas, oranges, pastries and yogurt. Indoor pool was open and clean.”

“We couldn't check in when we got there front desk person didn't know how to check us in so we had to wait for the person coming in to check us in. The elevator was broken abs I was on top floor with a bad back. Couldn't enjoy breakfast because I couldn't do the steps because elevator was broken. The pool was empty in the middle of summer. They didn't bother telling us it was out. Would never stay there again”

“We came to Marshall because one of us has always been a big fan of John Bellairs, particularly "The House With A Clock in Its Walls." Seeing the house that this was based on was pure geek-fandom for me. But we also discovered a cool little Michigan town with good eats and nice walkability. The room was everything we needed for our short trip. Clean, nice, and close to the stuff we wanted to see.”
