"There was an abundance of shopping options.
The room was always spotless. The staff were all very helpful in whatever your needs might be. Although we weren't there on business, they certainly appeared to be set-up for any bususiness situation requirement."
"This was our 1st time in London and our 1st stay at CitizenM...and we were NOT disappointed! From the moment we walked in the doors, we loved the colors and ambiance of the style and decor and music! We were greeted immediately and taken care of with such friendly staff. The bar staff was extremely nice and friendly as we enjoyed getting our café every day.
The room was spacious enough for the 2 of us but we were also given a handicap room (which we don't have an handicap) so not sure if that makes the room bigger or same size as the king room we reserved. The ipad to control EVERYTHING from lights to shades to tv to setting the alarm...was so cool and convenient! The location is by Victoria Station so it was easy access to travel the tube or walk to main attractions. We truly enjoyed our stay!"
