"A beautiful heritage estate of large proportions and character. The history was fascinating. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were superb. A beautiful country setting with beautiful views of the river and farmland. Well equipped rooms, with all appliances you could ever need. Rooms were cosy and warm. We loved using the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Highly recommend and I would love to stay here again, given the opportunity."

"Great staff and extremely clean throughout. Unlimited tea and coffee and hot showers were highlights. What we didn’t enjoy was the extremely cramped room. Space where is was needed wasn’t there, yet it felt that some space was wasted. The pillow was so large it was uncomfortable. Neighbouring snoring was easily heard throughout the night. "
