โStaff was incredible (Flavia, Claudio, and others). The breakfast was magnificent. The only recommendation that we have is that the hotel could have someone available to answer questions after 2100 when the receptionist leave. We lost power in one
Side of the room where the fan was plugged and we had to wait until next morning to be repaired. However, we will stay there again if we come back to Siena. Beautiful place and helpful staff! โ

โSuper easy and quick check in at the store next to the apartment. Itโs a walk up so was a bit of a challenge to get all our luggage upstairs but the guy who checked us in (Iโm so sorry I forgot your name) but he was so lovely and helpful, offering to take some bags himself.
