โCheck in was a little bumpy (not sure if technology hasn't cooperating or I had just been in my car for waaay too long - either could be true!) They had little check in gifts for our furry friends which was adorable! We settled into our room which was incredibly quiet despite being on the end and backside of the building. โI will definitely stay here again. In a nice neighborhood with convenient restaurants and easy on/off Highway 95. Only thing I noted, which did not impact our stay, was the beds were double not queen. However, we all found them exceptionally comfortable. โ

"The reception is really unfriendly. My flight was at 6 a.m. Since it was an international flight, I needed to leave about 3 hours before, so I asked for a shuttle at about 3:30 a.m. the next day when I was checking in. They said the shuttle wasn't available and told me to take taxi or uber. The first shuttle is at 4:30. I chose this hotel in hotels.com because it said an airport shuttle was available. Then you should have announced that matter. In the end, the lift cost $17, so I went at 3:34 to the airport (it took 4 min) and found out that the airline counter opens at 4:30. It turns out that the airline counter opens at 4:30, so it seemed like I could have taken the shuttle after all. Then it would have been good if you gave me that information. The reason why the shuttle service starts at 4:30. Also, there was no one at the counter at 3 o'clock so I had to self check out, but I don't think I would have been embarrassed if I had simply given the information when checking in."
