โEasy to find & park, lovely accommodation, clean comfortable rooms, friendly efficient staff, good prices in the bar (had very nice pie & chips) & fab choice of great food at breakfast. Highly recommended!โ
โFriendly place and lovely setting. A good location for us. Food was gorgeous and really reasonable. Lovely breakfast. Staff were really helpful and chatty. Great value for money!
Only down side was there was no lift. Stairs a little steep - I travelled with my mum who is in her 80โs and she found the stairs a little hard. โ
โNice clean hotel, i arrived late at night butvwas jonproblem as was promptly checked in and had a good nights sleep. Gym was good and breakfast was brilliant. Thanksโ
โLovely clean room & bathroom, & comfortable bed.
My only gripe is that the tea bags weโre not replenished, so we could not have a cuppa the next morning!
Otherwise an excellent hotel, have stayed there 3 times.โ
โNice mid-range hotel with excellent spa (best treatments weโve had, at very fair price, though no pool). Excellent dinner in restaurant & good breakfast. Our room was on 3rd floor and, being an old building, thereโs no lift. Room was ok, though a โstandardโ double, not a queen / king. Thereโs no air-con, but a good floor standing fan. Good sized bathroom with large shower. We will certainly return here as the spa & food are so good. โ
โWe stayed here for one night, the hotel was lovely and clean, a big size bathroom with a powerful shower! The spa facilities were great, swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna, only downside is paying ยฃ4 per person for robe and towel use. โ

โThe stay was brilliant. Steve and Annette were very welcoming and accommodating and made it very easy for us to check in out of hours. The room was immaculately clean and the bed was very comfy. 2 extra pillows had been stored in the cupboard and were very useful. โVery helpful and provided a packed breakfast on both days as had to be out of hotel at 07.00 each morning. Room was very comfortable, clean and warm. Mine host and staff were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely be booking again. โ
โGreat staff and easy access from the car park and a short walk from the station, Room was spacious and well designed. Internet was fast and room temp was good. Breakfast options were good and plentiful. Not the place to be if you want a quiet night. Itโs on the same site as a music venue and noise pollution into the early hours is usual particularly over the weekend. The bathroom could definitely have been cleaner and was not up to the usual high Ibis standard. But overall a good place to stay โ
