"The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast (buffet style) had lots of options and allergens were clearly marked. Reserved two rooms. One was very good (two twin beds) - a reasonable point of space (not enough storage, though) and the bathroom was very functional. The second room - king bed - was significantly more cramped with almost no storage. The bathroom on the more costly king room had so little space around the sink at to be almost non-functional. "

"The surrounding area is excellent as its close.to the rail station and convenient stores and restaurants. However, the hotel seems to be outdated and old. The rooms are outdated although clean but feels like an 80s and 90s vibe. "

"Great stay in Tokyo! The hotel is very well located, with a mini market just across the street, which was super convenient. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the room was very comfortable. It had a mini fridge, an electric stove, and even a laundry machine that we used a lot during our stay. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to Shibuya Crossing, making it easy to get around and explore. The area felt extremely safe—we were walking around at 1 AM and felt completely comfortable. I also loved the amenities. The hair dryer was amazing (so much so that I bought the same one for my home), and the hygiene products provided in the room were excellent quality. Overall, everything was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel!"

"Great hotel, immaculately clean, very helpful staff. Luggage forwarding service in reception every morning to send your baggage on. You're in the entertainment district so it's busy, a little noisy, but the location is great and there's lots around. Three stops from Shibuya, Shinjuku station will get you anywhere you need to be. Very much recommend if you are looking for a hotel in Shinjuku"

"Location was great, staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that they hardly spoke English and made difficult to communicate with staff. I had booked what was a double bed which they made me upgrade my room because it was 3 of us and made me get a triple single bed. So if you book a room for more than 2 people read carefully the bed sizes. Also they put me a room next to construction so you can imagine. Also the bathrooms are a bit outdated so you’re practically paying for the location. "
