We had a wonderful stay at this property. Our family of four (kids 9 and 7) loved the pool, buffet and the room was large. The beds were comfortable and the staff are so kind. The free ice cream vending machines were our kiddos fave!

The property was amazing. We really were taken care of by the staff during our one night stay. I wish we would have stayed a couple more nights to enjoy the onsen which was very relaxing, especially having our own tub in our room to even further enjoy the relaxing experience.

This hotel was a lovely respite from busy Tokyo. Serene and stunning views! The Onsen was spectacular! The buffet dinner and breakfast was very good. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. The beds were heavenly, they felt like being in a nest! I would rate the Ten-Yu a 9.8.

The TEN-YU was an exceptional experience. The staff recieve you as if you just arrived home. The whole ambience is of relaxation and de stressing. Enjoyed a fabulous aromatherapy massage at the onsite AnSpa, which was in the most serene location.
The Tepanyaki dinner was something else!! Beautifully prepared starters and delicious cuts of the best Kobe beef.
We were able to unwind immediately from a long trip and made it a stay i will never forget!!!
