โEvery time I stay here, I always get top notch service. The staff were very attentive and prompt especially during the time when we were on the tsunami watch. They were updating everyone on the current situation and disaster plan. We were fortunate enough that the property stayed on the green zone meaning we were safe.โ
โA very pleasant old style building. Very quiet. Staff was wonderful, easily assessable by car or with Uber or other transportation to close by locations. Close to the airport and other attractions. Room was very cozy and comfortable, which included out mini fridge and microwave and coffee tea pot sink . โ
โHad an amazing time at Outrigger. Friendly staff, great pool and hot tub, beach is right there. Located equal distance between north shore and south shore so you can make a day trip of either and take little stops along the way. โ
โIf you want to sleep with cockroaches, if you like stinky smell, you like nasty beds, pls choose this hotel. There are reasons why this place is cheap.

This place was extremely terrible and thanks to this nasty hotel, I will NEVER visit Kauai again.
However, the staffs were nice and check in&out process was fast and smooth. โ
โThis hotel is beautiful and checkes all the boxes we needed. Its so convenient to the water and i love that it had its own little cove to swim in, the water is so calm. I really loved that this hotel had a courtesy room to use to change and take a shower before our flight since a lot of flights are in the evening. โ
โOur host from the start were very king, accommodating and helpful. The property lovely; it is also close to nearby turtles at night (red light only). Lovely stay. โ
โOur family visited Kauai and had a great time. This resort has a beautiful beach and pools as well as nice service for umbrellas and refreshments. Staff was helpful and friendly. โ
