Very well located hotel and friendly staff. Car park was good and very secure. Restaurants and the key churches all nearby. Traffic in Nazareth is never the best but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Hotel is easy to find.
Breakfast pretty good and again friendly staff.
The room was in desperate need of updating, especially the carpet in the hotel room and the bathrooms. The front desk staff were not helpful at all with respect to questions about tourist attractions such as directions to the Old City of Nazareth, The breakfast food was not good as well.

Reception not good
The hotel is central. At first there was confusion because it is known as Mary's Well on the internet, but physically, upon arriving, the name is still displayed as RIMONIM and locally it is also known as such, not as Mary's Well, yet. Reception can definitely work on their approach. We (and others) found them to be abrupt and not eager to help, especially the lady. On the other hand the dining room staff were very friendly and helpful and they did a great job. Breakfast was very good.
We booked and paid for room with double bed, sofa bed and patio. On arrival we only got room with two single beds no patio. When we enquire reception - lady was rude- told us the hotel don't have any sofa beds and asked us why we need it. Also could not give room with patio and only 2 days later was able to provide a room with king size bed. room was not clean.
breakfast was great very good service and very good food.
We spent 3 weeks in Israel without any problem. All the more we were unpleasantly surprised in this hotel. We were asked to pay VAT (the reservation was paid in advance). We asked for explanation why we should pay VAT as foreigners. The unpolite receptionist told us that is a hotel rule. We would like to see this rule on the paper. The receptionist was very rude and the only answer was that it was the hotel's rule and we should apply for a refund on departure at the airport (which is not possible because this affects only for goods ). At the same time they were unable to print a proper account for this payment because when they wrote the correct nationality (czech), the system did not work. So we got an account with nationality -israel.
At the same time, we got a different type of room without explanation than we had paid – smaller without patio.
Overall impression of the hotel was bad. Hotel really need the reconstruction, staff trainig…
What we appreciate positively is the catering services. Staff and meals at the restaurant were excelent.
Pozitiva: skvělá poloha, neplacené parkoviště
Negativa: každý den se střídají nové zájezdy a tudíž se až tak moc nedbá na pestrost stravy. Nebýt smažených volských ok, nebylo by co jíst. Pokud nevstáváte v šest ráno, leccos na vás nezbyde. Hodnotím vzhledem k tomu, že nejsem v Izraeli poprvé a mohu porovnat.
