“Sehr schöner Hotel, mit sehr hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern und sehr gutem Service. Wir sind um 9:45 angekommen, weil wir einen frühreren Flug gehabt haben und, trotzdem wurde unser Zimmer um 10:15 fertig und die Zimmerreinigung ebenfalls für uns Prio genommen. (obwohl die Check-in Zeit um 15:00) gewesen wäre. Am Abfugstag, wurden uns Launchpakete vorbereitet. Es war eine 10/10 in jedem Aspekt (Ruhige Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter, der ausgewöhnliche Meerblick und die ganz sauberen Zimmer)! - Wien ”

“Apartment was clean, bright and lovely to stay in for 8 nights. The owner is great and helped us a lot. The room gets cleaned every day, we got fresh towels, coffee pods, shower gel. It’s 10 min walk to the beach, which was great. There’s a few restaurants and cafes close by. There’s no public transport or taxis local, one bus that’s irregularly runs, so best to rent a car and get around. ”

It was very difficult to sleep in the heat, and the manager had nothing but excuses, such as We cant get a repairman to come look at it because no one will show up for only one unit. Or in his estimated opinion, he said that the ac will possibly cool down to 24 C if you leave ot on all day. I doubt it cooled down to 24C, but even if it can reach that low, its too hot to sleep. “Terassilta näkyi tien päästä vähän merta ja sinne oli lyhyt matka. Olisimme toivoneet ympäristön olevan roskattomampaa. Rannatkin oli roskaisia. Hotellin sisätiloissa/huoneessa olisi ollut parempi siisteys enemmän meidän mieleen. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.”

“I went with my husband and 7 year old son and we had a good time in Simantro. Loved the view and resort surroundings with all the greenary around, best part was the beach side and beach beds Beach was beautiful my son enjoyed. Overall we had a good experience, i would only recomend few more restaurants to be availble to eat. Other than that nice experience, nice staff and good food. ”

When we raised this, they explained we got what we paid for and should have booked directly on their website, which felt misleading. The listing mentioned a Nespresso machine, but it was communal, old, and malfunctioning. Additionally, the people hanging out at the entrance (likely family of the owner) were loud, playing cards, and while this isn’t inherently bad, it didn’t reflect...

“Thanks so much to Olga and all the other staff for making our stay so pleasant! The room was always spotless and we slept like babies. Breakfast had a great amount of variety and the pool was always clean and inviting. Highly recommended!”
