"This is an ideal place to reset your body — with Ayurvedic treatments, meals tailored to your body type, and yoga every morning and evening.
Most people seemed to stay for 3–4 days, but I really recommend a longer stay. I stayed for 16 days and was able to fully detox and relax.
The staff are all warm and kind.
It might be a good idea to bring something to pass the time during those little in-between moments when you’re not sure what to do.
You can easily go out for short trips of 2–3 hours...
