Buen día Estoy muy disgustado porque hice la reserva y realicé el pago y en el hotel me dijeron que desde esta aplicación ellos jo recibían reservas, me tocó buscar otro hotel y no me respondieron por el dinero , requiero que me hagan la devolución y solicito que validen muy bien que hoteles registran
