"Room was 90 degrees when we arrived. The portable ac being used was not venting the hot air. The staff tried to tape and screw cardboard over the window around the vent. The room never cooled down. We were one of several rooms that had this setup, as the hotel was "changing their ac systems" in each room. The drain from the ac was leaking water all over the floor. The hotel should have never rented these rooms out. Sheets were filthy as well."
