“Our stay was top notch. The hotel has so much character and charm. The restaurants were excellent and the service top notch. The biggest plus for us was how accommodating the staff was and how happy they seemed to be in their work. It speaks to a great team and first class management. Congratulations on a great product.

“SureStay is a hotel that we will be keeping on our places to stay while in Castlegar! The rooms were updated, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The air conditioning worked like a charm which was great as the temperatures were heating up during our stay. The staff were top notch - friendly, super accommodating and very welcoming - and any time we needed anything, they were happy to oblige really quickly (soap refill, extra towels and garbage bags, etc.).
