"The location of this property is very convenient and the agent managing it was very friendly, but otherwise it was a big disappointment. On arrival it smelled of covered-up-cigarette-smoke, and the entire property really only had a thin veneer of stylist modernity. Lack of upstairs toilet also made it less comfortable than we had hoped."

"Stayed at Maidstone Family Homes - Fernhill for 3 nights with my family (comprising 2 adults & 3 children in total). The front door key was placed by the owner in a secure code-operated keybox by the front door. However, on arrival at the property we were unable to work the keybox. The owner stays nearby and kindly assisted us in retrieving the key. Overall the property was good, although a few minor issues within.
